About Our Company
Galaz Enterprises, Inc. is a nationally recognized innovative food & beverage and entertainment corporation responsible for the creation and production of nutritional products that keep the Southwest Sonoran desert territory culture and traditions alive.
Through the ownership, operation and administration of BK Tacos, and El Berraco, LLC, a seafood fusion restaurant, since 1994 and 2016, respectively, we have been providing the Tucson, AZ community authentic Mexican cuisine with high standards of quality and flavor for 25 years.

We have achieved regional and national recognition for our authenticity by media outlets such as Travel Channel’s “Food Wars,” ABC’s “Good Morning America” and “What Would You Do?,” National Geographic “Best Winter Trips 2017,” Arizona Daily Star, Los Angeles Times, New York Post, and Clark Norton’s book “100 Things to Do in Tucson Before You Die.”
During the last three years we have developed and implemented strategies to train and encourage professional and personal employee growth. Our effort has not only had an excellent impact on our employees and their families, but we have achieved revenue growth.

Neuroeducation
Training Center
This success has encouraged us to open Galaz Enterprises Neuroeducation Training Center (GENTC). This center is focused on human behavior studies, with the goal of developing training that allows our collaborators to elevate conscious awareness.
Through our strategic formula, we have managed to offer our Tucson community and its surrounding areas over 500 employment opportunities in the last 25 years, not to mention the financial support we lend our regional, national, and international vendors by being one of their strongest client.

Goals
One of our goals is continued sustainable growth, and as we prepare to nationalize our brand, with much success, we have entered the industry of software development with the intention of optimizing and monitoring our processes, performance, and equipment.

Additionally, we are working towards a centralized ingredients production operation with industry leading food-cutting technology equipment.
Leadership
These new endeavors allows us to expand in software technology, research and creation of new nutritional Sonoran desert territory products, quality control, personnel education, and automatized product production with the proper skilled staff to sustain our growth and continue to be leaders in the culinary and entertainment industry.
